Emotional Freedom Techniques, commonly known as EFT or tapping, is a gentle and empowering mind body approach that supports emotional release, reduces stress, and helps clear the patterns that hold you back from feeling calm and balanced.

​EFT combines simple fingertip tapping on specific energy points with focused attention on what you are experiencing. This process helps your nervous system relax, emotions settle, and old emotional patterns begin to shift, all within a safe and supportive space.
At its heart, EFT is a holistic healing technique that supports communication between the body and mind, allowing emotional tension to soften and release. Stress, anxiety, limiting beliefs, past experiences, and repeated life patterns can all leave an energetic imprint. EFT helps gently unwind that imprint.

By tapping on specific meridian points, similar to those used in acupuncture but without needles, while bringing awareness to what you are feeling, the body can reduce the emotional charge attached to certain memories or beliefs.
