Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki Energy Healing - 1 hour

A brief consultation and 45 minutes of Reiki. This gentle and relaxing 'hands on' treatment involves clearing and balancing your energy by working down both the front and back areas of your body including your head and feet.

Sessions focusing on your Chakras, and Reiki distance healing also available on request.

Following your session you will be emailed a detailed summary of what came through, including any methods discussed to support you along the way.

Distance Reiki Healing offers a calming way to restore balance and wellbeing, no matter where you are. Through the power of intentional energy transmission, healing energy is channeled into your body, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and enhancing emotional and physical health.
Sessions are also available outside of normal business hours including evenings - it's a great option if you have difficulty sleeping. Get in touch to find out more.

Intuitive Wellness Consultation - 1 hour / plus Consultation Summary

A wellness consultation with intuitive messages. Starting with 15 minutes of Reiki to calm the mind, then focusing on your current mental, physical, emotional and/or spiritual wellbeing needs, discussing methods to support your healing or wellness journey.

Wellness Life Coaching - 1 hour

Are you are looking for some regular guidance on your wellness journey or spiritual path? A combination of intuitive work and life coaching skills are used to help guide you in the right direction. Regular sessions keep you accountable and provide ongoing support. With a focus on your specific mental, physical, emotional and/or spiritual wellbeing needs, a plan is created to support your healing journey going forward.

Developing your Intuition - 1 hour
$85
This session is for those who are already aware of their intuition but would like to understand or develop it further. We discuss the basics of connecting to your intuition and look at three key aspects for your personal or spiritual development. You'll learn to use some intuition tools to enhance your connection including 'tuning in' to your body, oracle cards and a pendulum.

Intuitive Wellness Assessment with Email Summary
$55
This is a simple and convenient way to gain some insight into your overall health and wellbeing without needing to attend an appointment.
An Intuitive Wellness Review uses a pendulum to "tune in" to your energy remotely, focusing on your current mental, physical, emotional, and/or spiritual wellbeing needs. A detailed summary is then emailed to you, outlining the insights received and providing specific methods to support your healing or wellness journey.​
