Through Reiki, Intuitive Guidance, EFT and Breathwork, Louise creates a supportive space to slow down, tune in and gently work through whatever may be holding you back.

Each session is tailored to where you are and what you need, whether you’re looking for emotional release, deeper self-understanding or simply some time for yourself.

REIKI ENERGY HEALING

Usui Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique used to improve the body's energy flow. Hand positions are placed gently around different areas of the body to balance your energy, clearing blockages, promoting relaxation and supporting your natural healing process.

EFT (or Tapping)

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) involves tapping on specific acupressure points along the body’s meridian system while focusing on thoughts or emotions that may be causing stress. This process calms the nervous system and releases the emotional intensity so you can let go of what no longer serves you.

INTUITION

We all have the ability to listen to our intuition. Learning how to tap into your subconscious mind and allowing yourself to follow those instinctive messages, can bring you guidance, fulfillment, clarity and direction for your journey through life.

BREATHWORK

Breathwork is the process of teaching you specific breathing techniques that help you to breathe more effectively. Enhancing the technique of your breath can have numerous beneficial effects on both your mental and physical wellbeing.
